Presidential candidate Arman Melikyan prepared to congratulate winner

I will not vote in the elections because my attitude to the legitimacy of elections has not changed, presidential candidate Arman Melikyan told today’s final news conference.  

However, he called on all those who share his opinion about illegitimacy of elections to vote for him.

“It will be an exact political position,” Melikyan said.

At the same time, the candidate said he was prepared to congratulate the man who would win the elections.
