Zhamanak: Tsarukyan changes his mind on returning from Nice

Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan was to return to Armenia yesterday, Zhamanak says. The paper reported earlier that he had been in the French city of Nice since February 19. According to the paper’s information, with the plane and everything necessary for the flight being ready, Tsarukyan changed his mind for an unknown reason at the last moment and did not return to Armenia.
