Sumgait victims commemorated in Artsakh

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Sumgait massacre, on February 28, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan, accompanied by primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and top officials of the republic, visited Stepanakert Memorial Complex, where he laid flowers at the monument to innocent victims, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
