Armenian Foreign Ministry premises to be auctioned today

The premises of Armenian Foreign Ministry will be auctioned today, with the starting price being AMD equivalent of USD 51,270,840. A property alienation contract is to be signed with the winner by April 30, 2013.

On October 4, 2012, the Foreign Ministry premises were sold to Tango CJSC owned by Argentinean-Armenian businessman Eduardo Eurnekian, but the government later decided to auction the premises.
