Hraparak: Minimum and maximum programs of Prosperous Armenia Party

Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) has maximum and minimum programs for the elections of Yerevan Council of Elders, Hraparak daily says. The maximum program implies that the party should win the elections and appoint its representative as Yerevan Mayor. In this event, Gurgen Arsenyan is supposed to be appointed Mayor. Unless the party wins majority votes, under a minimum program, it will try to make Abraham Manukyan First Vice Mayor, the paper says.
