168 Hours: Heritage works to form pre-election alliance

Heritage parliamentary faction secretary Ruben Hakobyan has meetings with a number of parties that separated from Armenian National Congress and proposes joint participation in the elections of Yerevan Council of Elders, 168 Hours daily says. Hakobyan’s proposal is acceptable to many of the parties and it is not ruled out that Heritage will manage to form a pre-election alliance, the paper says.
