Raffi Hovannisian refuses to undergo medical check-up – Health Ministry

Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has been visited by doctors twice a day since the first day of his hunger strike, Armenian Health Ministry reported. 

He, however, refuses to undergo medical check up, claiming that he feels well, and that he will call a doctor if necessary.

The Health Ministry urges Hovannisian to end the hunger strike as it may seriously affect his health.

Hovannisian will remain under medical surveillance, the Ministry added.
