Haykakan Zhamanak: Four Governors to be replaced

Serzh Sargsyan is going to replace four Governors after April 9, Haykakan Zhamanak says, citing its sources. 

They are the Governors of Kotayk, Armavir, Tavush and Vayots Dzor. The paper’s sources say the decision to replace them is directly connected with the results of the February 18 presidential elections in these regions.
