168 Hours: ANC founding congress postponed again

The founding congress of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) party has been postponed for the third time, until April 13, 168 Hours daily says.

“Sources in ANC mention three circumstances that might have caused the postponement. First, to use the congress for Yerevan elections campaign, the second is the limited number of the newly admitted members, and the third is the uncertainty over the status of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP),” says the paper.
