Hraparak: Heritage, ANC, ARFD have financial problems

At least $200,000 is required to run in Yerevan elections, a party leader has said, according to Hraparak.

According to the paper, Heritage, which spent large funds in the presidential elections, ANC and ARFD have financial problems and cannot compete in a funds race.
