Zhamanak: Raffi Hovannisian’s proposals are belated, Galust Sahakyan says

RPA deputy chairman Galust Sahakyan considers absurd the proposals of Raffi Hovannisian to President Serzh Sargsyan voiced during Friday’s rally. Meanwhile, he thinks that Hovannisian gradually comes to consciousness, Zhamanak reports. 

“There are also other forms of communication. If he needs to speak out, then the President invited him for a talk. Maybe he will do it once again. However, I think it is already late,” said Sahakyan.
