168 Hours: Raffi’s father returns to U.S., making sure that dialogue is launched

The father of Heritage leader Raffi Hovannisian returned to the Untied States early on Monday morning, 168 Hours daily says. Richard Hovannisian left after making sure that the dialogue with Serzh Sargsyan is launched as one of the goals of his visit was to ensure an agreement between the authorities and Raffi Hovannisian. 

Raffi Hovannisian’s parents arrived in Armenia on March 20. They visited their son, who is on hunger strike at Liberty Square of Yerevan.
