Armenia marks Remembrance Day of the Dead

Today Armenia marks the Remembrance Day of the Dead (Merelots), which follows all main religious holidays.

Yesterday, on March 31, the Armenian Church celebrated the feast of the Glorious Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ or the Easter Feast, which is one of the five major feasts of the Armenian Church.

Today all churches celebrate the Divine Liturgy. People visit their relatives’ graves.
