Zhoghovurd: Shant TV has highest per-minute cost

Of 15 television companies, Shant TV has set the highest per-minute cost for Yerevan elections campaign – AMD 120,000 (including VAT), Zhoghovurd reports. Armenia TV has second highest cost (AMD 110,000), while Public Television of Armenia has set a cost of AMD 80,000.
