Hayots Ashkhar: Political analyst believes political leaders will hold dialogue

“I see the situation in this way: the people have voted and are now waiting to see what the political leaders are going to do. So far, their actions have not caused conflicts and I think the long-awaited dialogue will take place because both sides clearly realize their responsibility,” political analyst Levon Shirinyan has told Hayots Ashkhar.
