Armen Mazmanyan: Leading people to civil disobedience is adventurism

Leading the people to civil disobedience is adventurism, rector of Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema Armen Mazmanyan told a news conference on Wednesday.

“Glory to Raffi Hovannisian because he understood that to lead the people to civil disobedience is adventurism. Neither he nor the people would benefit from it,” Mazmanyan said.

According to him, the most important thing he saw yesterday was the new culture of communication between the police and the public. Mazmanyan added that it was very positive that the police chief was flexible enough to reach Tsitsernakaberd with the people and pray there.
