Armenian chess players in Dubai

GM Tigran L. Petrosian scored 7 points out of 9 to share 3-5th places among 90 participants at the blitz tournament held as part of Dubai Chess Festival. Petrosian fell only half a point behind the winner, GM Salem Saleh (UAE). 

IM Hovik Hayrapetyan has scored 6 points.

GMs Vladimir Akopian and Gabriel Sargissian did not take part in the blitz tournament, armchess.am reported.
