168 Hours: Stepan Demirchyan to head ANC?

Leader of People’s Party of Armenia (PPA) Stepan Demirchyan is facing a serious dilemma. He is offered to head the ANC bloc, and possibly the ANC faction. Those parties that did not join the ANC party want to act by the name of ANC thinking that ANC still exists as a bloc. They need a new leader and they propose Stepan Demirchyan to be their leader, 168 Hours reports.
