Irates de facto: Did Tsarukyan finance ANC’s constituent congress?

Armenian National Congress (ANC) party’s constituent congress held at the Small Hall of Yerevan’s Sports and Concerts Complex on April 13 made many ask the question: “where from did ANC get the money to rent the hall and how did it gather so many people?” Citing its sources, Irates de facto reports that Gagik Tsarukyan gave AMD 5 million to ANC to pay for hall rent and many of congress participants were PAP activists.
