Alekhine Memorial Round 2: Aronian bounces back

Michael Adams started his Alekhine Memorial very well. The English grandmaster won again game on Monday in Paris, against Peter Svidler, and is the only participant with a 2/2 score. Levon Aronian bounced back from Sunday’s loss with an excellent win over Vladimir Kramnik. The first winner of the day was Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, who beat Ding Liren. Vitiugov-Anand and Fressinet-Gelfand were both drawn.
