Artsrun Hovhannisyan: Policy of torture is peculiar to Azerbaijan

About a month ago, Azerbaijani media reported that an Azerbaijani citizen blew up on a mine on a neutral territory between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spokesman said at a meeting with reporters on Friday that the Azerbaijani citizen was injured when he stepped on a mine, after which Armenian servicemen tortured him to death. “The policy of torture is peculiar to Azerbaijan. We are unaware of the details of that incident but I can say for sure that Armenian servicemen have nothing to do with the incident described by the media,” Hovhannisyan said.
