Zhamanak: Former Minister of Urban Development bought villa in Spain

Former Minister of Urban Development, member of Prosperous Armenia Party Vardan Vardanyan has bought a villa in Spain during his term in office, Zhamanak daily says. It is noteworthy that major violations were revealed in the field of urban development at the end of the last year. The most part of the sum allocated for the renovation of the National Library of Armenia (700 million drams) disappeared. Huge sums allocated by the state for school renovation were wasted. A criminal case was opened in this connection, Vardanyan was questioned but those responsible were not found.
