Tatev Abrahamian wins bronze at U.S. Women’s Championship

Armenian WGM Tatev Abrahamian scored 6.5 points out of 9 to win bronze at the U.S. Women’s Championship in Saint Louis. 

IM Irina Krush won champion’s title with 8 points.

Armenian GM Varuzhan Akobian scored 5, FM Samuel Sevian 4, GM Melikset Khachiyan 3 points out of 9.

GM Gata Kamsky and GM Alejandro Ramirez shared 1-2nd places with 6.5 points each. Additional games will be held to determine the champion, armchess.am reported.
