Hraparak: Constitutional reforms to be launched in coming years

Constitutional reforms will be launched in Armenia in the coming 2-3 years, according to Hraparak daily. In particular, the institute of vice prime minister will be established. According to a preliminary plan, three vice prime ministers will be in charge of power, economic and social sectors. 

“This may be preparation for the establishment of parliamentary government system,” the paper writes.
