Gagik Beglaryan says he has never insulted a woman in his life, even if she was crazy

I have never insulted a woman in my life, even if she was crazy, Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan told reporters after the cabinet meeting, when commenting on a media report that he has insulted a woman, saying, “You are barking like a dog.” 

According to Belgaryan, he does not know that woman, and has never met her.

“There is no woman who can say that I have ever insulted her,” he said. The Minister added that women never make him nervous.
