Hraparak: There will be no amnesty

After Serzh Sargsyan assumed his second term in office, a large stratum of society is expecting amnesty. Presidential Administration told Hraparak daily that there will be no amnesty. However, there are opinions that announcing that there will be amnesty could contribute to the increase of crimes. 

Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan also confirmed that there will be no amnesty. “There will be no amnesty. I announce it officially.”
