Zhoghovurd: Suren Khachatryan’s son might have been under influence of drugs on day of incident

Zhoghovurd daily says that the son of former Syunik governor Suren Khachatryan, Tigran Khachatryan, was under the influence of drugs on the day of the shooting incident near their house. 

Khachatryan’s lawyer, Ruben Sahakyan, commenting on the news, said, “Several expert examinations are appointed, and the results will be ready no later than July 20-25. I have no such information.”
