Zhamanak: Suren Khachatryan was among shooters

According to Zhamanak daily, former Syunik governor Suren Khachatryan was not asleep during the shooting near his Goris house, and was among the shooters. The paper adds that Goris residents say that while fathers normally defend their sons, and assume responsibility for their crimes, the former governor, in order to save his skin and position, allowed to arrest his son, but even that did not save him.
