Syunik’s new governor vows to justify people’s hopes

To speak frankly, my appointment as Syunik governor was expected, Vahe Hakobyan, Syunik’s new governor, told a government briefing. 

According to him, being elected an MP from Syunik, he is aware of the problems faced by the province, and will try to pick out the key challenges and focus on their solution.

“I am happy and inspired, and will try to justify people’s wishes and hopes,” Hakobyan said, promising to work publicly and to try to give true assessments to all issues.
