Haykakan Zhamanak: Nairit sale talks suspended

Haykakan Zhamanak reports that talks with Russia’s Rosneft over the purchase of Nairit chemical plant have been suspended for an uncertain time, and may resume no sooner than the second half of fall. 

Rosneft wants to buy Nairit without debts. This is the issue on which the sides fail to agree, the paper says.
