Zhoghovurd: ‘Residents against Tonus Construction’ trial to begin soon

The first court sitting in the case of the deceived residents of newly constructed residential buildings in Davitashen district’s 2nd block and Papazyan Street against Tonus Construction Company will take place soon. Its date has not yet been set, Zhoghovurd reports. 

More than 160 apartment owners deceived by Tonus Construction sue the company. They concluded purchase agreements with the company and paid some money and were to have received their apartments by the beginning of 2010, but have not received them yet.
