Zhoghovurd: Former Ararat governor plans to open eye clinic in France

Former governor of Ararat province, RPA member Vardges Hovakimyan plans to open an eye clinic for his daughter in France, Zhoghovurd reports. 

The paper’s sources say Hovakimyan owns a similar clinic in Ararat province.

Speaking to the paper, Hovakimyan denied that he plans to open a clinic in France, saying that he “does not have such opportunity.”
