Zhamanak: Beglaryan’s brother not allowed to get on plane

Zhamanak daily learnt yesterday that the brother of Armenian Transport Minister Gagik Beglaryan, Yura Beglaryan, who was departing to Vienna, in a drunken state, made a scandal at Zvartnots Airport. 

According to the paper, the airport security guards did not allow Yura Beglaryan to get on the plane and made him leave the airport.
