Hraparak: Liberal Party leader has second surgery on his leg

Leader of Liberal Party of Armenia Hovhannes Hovhannisyan has had a second surgery on his leg, that’s why he has been out of active politics for a long time, Hraparak reports. Hovhannisyan had his first surgery shortly after he left the Armenian National Congress in December 2012. He says he will be in Yerevan in 15 days and will then announce his plans. Asked if he plans to cooperate with the Armenian National Congress party, Hovhannisyan said that he will answer the question in 15 days.
