Hraparak: Prosperous Armenia undecided about Syunik by-election

The nomination of a candidate for parliamentary by-election in Syunik is not yet closed in Prosperous Armenia. Despite ongoing rumors that the party is not going to nominate a candidate, PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan told Hraparak yesterday that they have not yet discussed that issue and cannot say anything clearly.
