Zhoghovurd: Opposition refuses to struggle

The Armenian National Congress (ANC) party has decided not to nominate a candidate for parliamentary by-election in Syunik, Zhoghovurd reports. According to ANC member Lyudmila Sargsyan, it’s no use taking part in the election. 

“Obviously, no political party has any chance in the election. RPA will use its entire arsenal,” she said.
