Hayrikyan plans to hold national signature collection campaign

Paruyr Hayrikyan is going to hold a national signature collection campaign in order to “establish an absolute democracy in the country,” the National Self-Determination Union’s leader told reporters in Yerevan. 

“I am planning to launch a program called ‘Absolute Democracy’ which will lead to a free Armenia. My book of the same name is in the publishing house, and we intend to hold a national signature collection campaign soon in order to introduce that system,” Hayrikyan said, adding that the program has received mostly positive responses from political forces.
