Aravot: Raffi Hovannisian had chance to do something

Political technologist Karen Kocharyan has commented on Heritage leader Raffi Hovannisian’s call for unification and creation of a new force which will make changes in the country in September. 

“I wonder who he appeals to and why. It is strange to hear such a thing from Raffi Hovannisian. I have an impression that he travels to Glendale twice a year, rests there and then comes back and makes appeals here. He had a chance to do something, but he did nothing. His statements are groundless. I agree that the autumn will be “hot,” but it will have nothing to do with domestic political developments,” Kocharyan told Aravot in an interview.
