Zhamanak: Commission on review of public transport fare not yet formed

The commission on review of public transport fare has not been formed yet. NGOs and civil activists have not yet submitted bids to get involved in the commission’s work, Zhamanak daily reports. 

The commission was to study problems of social groups before a decision was made to increase the transport fare. The transport issue is not on the agenda of the September 10 Yerevan City Council meeting. The issue of Yerevan’s Covered Market is not on the agenda either.
