Hraparak: Putin to visit Armenia

Rumors are again circulating that Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to visit Armenia soon, this time definitely, Hraparak daily says, citing sources in government. The agreement about the visit was reached on September 3, when President Serzh Sargsyan was in Moscow on working visit. The paper, however, mentions no date for the visit.
