Hraparak: Armenia to sign agreement on direct purchase of products from Russian military plants

Russia and Armenia will soon sign an agreement on Armenia’s direct purchase of products from Russian military plants, Hraparak reports, citing its sources. 

Armenia will become the only country to have such agreement with Russia. Russia has such agreement with Belarus, but it has some reservations. There are no reservations with Armenia, the paper adds.
