Haykakan Zhamanak: Police see no corpus delicti in beating a man

The Armenian police see no corpus delicti in beating a man, Haykakan Zhamanak says.

According to the paper, head of Trade and Service Department of Yerevan Municipality Arman Yedoyan beat 25-year-old balloon seller Arsen Sakanyan at Republic Square on July 17. Records were being prepared in the Central Department of Police. However, the paper’s correspondent learnt yesterday that no criminal case will be opened on beating of Arsen Sakanyan.
