Haykakan Zhamanak: Special Investigation Service may be merged with new investigation agency

Head of Armenia’s Special Investigation Service Vahram Shahinyan told Haykakan Zhamanak yesterday that he does not think it possible that the Service will be merged with a new general investigation agency. 

According to the newspaper, nevertheless, some political circles do not rule out that the Special Investigation Service will be joined with a new major agency which will be headed by former Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan.
