Hraparak: Defense Ministry Investigation Service chief key candidate for Military Prosecutor

Head of the Armenian Defense Ministry Investigation Service, Major General Armen Harutyunyan, has long been seeking to hold the position of Military Prosecutor. Now that the post is vacant, he is considered a major candidate, Hraparak says. 

Armen Harutyunyan, 50, is considered to be one of the oldest and most experienced specialists in the system. However, he has never expressed an opinion that was different from that of his management, and has never distinguished himself, the paper says.
