Zhoghovurd: Amnesty will also extend to Khachikyan

According to Zhoghovurd daily, the upcoming amnesty will also extend to former head of the State Social Security Service of Armenia, member of RPA Vazgen Khachikyan and the others, 20-30 people, convicted in the same case. Most of them are Republicans.
