Twice more embedded Internet for VivaCell-MTS Personal tariff plan subscribers

Starting from October 1, 2013 the embedded Internet within VivaCell-MTS Personal postpaid tariff plan makes 1000 MB instead of the 500 MB before for the same monthly fee.
