Haykakan Zhamanak: Amnesty to run until December 25

Yesterday, by a vote of 102 for, 0 against and 0 abstained, the Armenian National Assembly passed the decision on the declaration of amnesty on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Armenia’s independence, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. 

According to Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan, the amnesty begins today and will run until December 25.
