Hraparak: Ishkhan Zakaryan to remain head of Armenian Control Chamber

The term in office of chairman of Armenia’s Control Chamber (CC) Ishkhan Zakaryan expires on November 5. He assumed the position in 2007, Hraparak daily says. 

The President submits the candidacy of CC chairman to the parliament, while the NA decides whether or not to approve it.

Rumors circulate in parliament that in all probability Serzh Sargsyan will again name Ishkhan Zakaryan as a candidate for that position, in spite of the fact that some people may be unhappy with it, the paper says.
