Aronian scores first win at Chess Masters Final

Following three draws in a row, Armenian Grandmaster Levon Aronian scored his first win at the 6th Grand Slam tournament (Chess Masters Final) in Bilbao, beating Maxime Vachier-Lagrave in the 4th round. Aronian is currently in the lead with 6 points. 

Michael Adams drew with Shakhriyar Mamedyarov in the third round. He is currently second with 6 points.

Maxime Vachier-Lagrave has 4 points, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov 3 points.

In the next round, Aronian will face Adams, Mamedyarov will play against Vachier-Lagrave.
