Hraparak: Raffi Hovannisian says Putin will appoint him President of Armenia

Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has told one of Armenian opposition leaders that “Russia plans to topple Serzh Sargsyan and appoint its own candidate as President,” according to Hraparak.

Hovannisian did not reveal the name of Russia’s “candidate,” but made understand that he is that candidate, the paper adds.
